Between the sea and the mountains of Artà
Son Cardaix is located in the municipality of Artà, an area renowned for its unspoilt beaches, numerous hiking trails and a natural park. The incomparable natural setting of the north-east of the island makes it an ideal place for walks of all levels, offering both coastal paths and the extensive Vía Verde—a vehicle-free path of over 25 km—or the GR226, which runs through the entire Mallorcan Levante.
Sustainability
Respect for heritage and nature
In our commitment to sustainability and ecology, Son Cardaix has more than 5,000 olive trees, from which we obtain a high-quality, natural, home-produced extra virgin olive oil that we offer to our guests. In addition, the estate produces almonds, avocados, fruit and vegetables. Likewise, more than 100 sheep graze at Son Cardaix, providing a glimpse of authentic rural Mallorca.
In addition to our agricultural production, we have installed solar panels to ensure an efficient and responsible supply of electricity throughout our estate.
All these initiatives have a double objective: to guarantee the best experience for our guests and, above all, to contribute actively to the protection of our island.
